I was pretty sure that everyone knew by now. The amount of people who had been to see me recently was weird. I wasn't used to it anymore. The only people I'd seen in the past weeks were Rose/Ever, Stars/Abbi and the cashier when I needed groceries. We'd lived in a pretty secluded area.

So I sat in my room, alone. Half of the time Snowie and Wanda were here but that was okay. I just wasn't used to seeing more people than that. I wasn't being a martyr or attention seeking. I left the room when I needed to, for food and washing and when I was needed for chores (which wasn't often at the moment because Jeb didn't give any of the three who had just come back many chores) but other than that, I was in my room or hiding somewhere in the dark.

While everyone was in the kitchen, finishing up their food, Blaine took the opportunity to go meet the one of the girls who had been away when he arrived. He brought a tray of food and a bottle of water for her. Becca, he thought her name was. "Knock knock." He smiled from outside the curtain.

Blaine ducked around the curtain and grinned, swaggering over to where she was sitting, in the corner, on her own. "Hey. I'm Noah but most people call me Blaine." He smiled, laying the tray in front of her. "Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday, Happy.... Hanukkah."
